vipn.io is a secure and fast Virtual Private Network (VPN) service designed to protect your online privacy, hide your IP address, and encrypt your internet connection. Our goal is to provide a safe, private, and unrestricted online experience.
No. We follow a strict No-Logs Policy. We do not store or track your: browsing history, DNS queries, traffic content, connection timestamps, or IP addresses used through the VPN. Your online activity remains completely private.
We only collect limited data needed to operate the service, such as: device ID, app version, device type, device model, country or language settings, subscription status, and last active status. IP may be used transiently for service operation but is not stored as a browsing log. We never monitor or store your VPN traffic.
We secure your connection using encrypted VPN tunnels and industry-standard security protocols. Your data is hidden from hackers, ISPs, public Wi-Fi risks, and network monitoring. No logs + encryption = maximum privacy.

Once connected, your traffic is encrypted and routed through our secure servers.
iOS requires explicit VPN configuration permission so the app can create the secure tunnel.

We only use this permission to run the VPN service and check connection quality.

We do not access personal files, photos, contacts, or messages.
All VPNs add some overhead due to encryption. However, vipn.io servers are optimized for high speed, low latency, and fast browsing and streaming. Most users experience minimal slowdown.
Subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store billing. To manage or cancel: open Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions, then select vipn.io. You can also manage subscriptions in the App Store account screen. We cannot access or change your payment details directly.
Yes! vipn.io is optimized for fast and stable connections, making it suitable for streaming, gaming, browsing, social media, and video calls. However, availability may vary depending on the streaming platform's VPN policy.

• Restart the app
• Restart your device
• Check your internet connection
• Ensure no other VPN is running

Yes — and we strongly recommend using it on public Wi-Fi. vipn.io encrypts your connection to protect you from hackers, sniffers, Wi-Fi spoofing, and data theft.
We only share limited information when needed to operate the service, such as with Apple for billing and Apple Sign-In, and with infrastructure providers that host and secure the service. We never sell your browsing activity or distribute VPN usage logs.
vipn.io works in most regions worldwide. However, some countries may restrict VPN applications or block VPN traffic. If you're having trouble connecting, try switching servers.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not vipn.io directly. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
