These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the vipn.io application and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using vipn.io, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 13+
• You can legally enter into this agreement
• You will use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws

3. Description of Service

vipn.io provides a virtual private network (VPN) service designed to improve privacy and security by routing your connection through remote servers and related service infrastructure.

Our no-logs commitment applies to VPN traffic and browsing activity as described in the Privacy Policy. Operational account, subscription, and support data may still be processed to run the service.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not engage in activities including, but not limited to:

• Violating intellectual property rights
• Hacking, distributing malware, or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Sending spam, fraudulent traffic, or performing DDoS attacks
• Engaging in illegal downloading or distribution of copyrighted content
• Bypassing geo-restrictions in violation of third-party policies
• Harassment or harmful behavior

Your account may be suspended or terminated for misuse or illegal activity.

5. Accounts & Subscriptions

5.1 Account Creation

Some features may require an account or a device-linked profile. You agree to provide accurate information when applicable and to keep that information current. You can initiate account deletion from the app's Settings screen.

5.2 Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are handled through Apple App Store billing.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• We do not store full payment details
• We may retain subscription validation metadata needed for entitlement checks and billing reconciliation

All payments are subject to Apple's policies.

Deleting your vipn.io account does not automatically cancel Apple-managed subscriptions.

5.3 Account Deletion

If you choose to delete your account, we will revoke access immediately and remove or anonymize account data that is no longer required to operate the service.

Some limited billing or compliance records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.4 No Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy.

vipn.io does not process payments directly and cannot override Apple decisions.

6. No-Logs Commitment

We maintain a no-logs policy for VPN traffic and browsing activity. We do not record:

• Browsing history
• Traffic content
• DNS queries
• Connection timestamps
• IP addresses used within the VPN
• Session duration

We cannot provide information we do not collect.

7. Service Availability

We strive to offer stable and reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific connection speeds
• Access to any particular content, websites, or regions

We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or upgrades.

8. Support Features

If you use in-app support features, you may submit chat messages, bug report text, and optional attachments.

Those materials may be stored and used to investigate issues and respond to your request.

9. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third parties such as:

• Apple App Store billing
• Apple Sign-In
• Cloudflare speed test endpoints, if you use the optional Speed Test tool
• Hosting and infrastructure providers

These integrations help us deliver billing, sign-in, and optional diagnostic features such as network performance testing.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or decompile the application
• Attempt to access restricted parts of the Service
• Share your account or subscription
• Use the Service to harm servers, networks, or users
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service

Misuse may result in immediate termination.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, branding, and content within the vipn.io app are the property of vipn.io.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful activity
• Abuse of the network
• Non-payment of subscription fees

Upon termination, you must stop using the Service and uninstall the application.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Non-infringement
• Availability or performance guarantees

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vipn.io is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profit or revenue
• Business interruption
• Security breaches caused by user actions
• Damages resulting from misuse of the Service
• Third-party content or actions

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service within the last 12 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold vipn.io and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of laws or third-party rights

16. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will take effect once posted in the app or on our website.

Your continued use signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable legislation.
